I put a little Festive Berries Distress Paint on my craft mat, sprayed with a little water and using my blending tool I inked up the Tim Holtz Flourish Stencil.
I moved the stencil down and across just a few millimeters and sprayed with Gathered Twigs Distress Spray Stain to give a shadow effect.
Before I removed the stencil I always use another piece of card stock and press it down over the stencil - that way I use up the ink on the stencil and get a negative image that I will use on another tag - free inked tag : )
Using Shabby Shutters Distress Ink Pad and my blending tool - I inked over the whole tag
I then added some Crushed Olive Distress Ink
I used my Brother Scan n Cut and cut out a poinsettia from red and green card stock.
Then using Vintage Photo I inked all the edges of the pieces.
Using a pencil I rolled the edges of the flower.
And glued all the layers together
I put a blob of glue in the middle of my flower and very carefully spooned in some gold micro beads - be warned - these will go everywhere if you give them half a chance. Golden Brads would work too.
I left it to dry.
I used my gold glitter pen and added some shimmer and shine to the background and the edges of a few leaves - unfortunately the camera will not pick up the pretty bling - but trust me its worth adding.
I then made a tiny tag with a scrap of red paper, threaded it with gold embroidery thread and added some bling to it.
Made a bow in the hole of my tag and glued my tag on
That's it - done - easy
