Google “Printable Haloween Spellbook” and there will be a ton of different pages you can pick and choose from.
Print out your favourites on the biggest A4 setting you can (try fill the A4)
You will need 2 sheets of A4 printed as 1 sheet is not enough to cover the book completely.
Trim off any white edges
Use fancy washi tapes that suit your design to tape the pages together.
Either buy notebooks (I used 192 page hardcover) or use an old readers digest book (perfect size)
I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks – Vintage photo and black soot to “age” the edges of the book pages
Use 4 strips of double sided tape (2 back, 2 front)
Position your page and tape down
If like me your paper is slightly too small for the book and you have red binding sticking out – just use a black marker and colour over the red.
I had a rather large piece of paper at the back of the book and so I folded it at an angel and added double sided tape to the bottom to create a pocket
I used washi tape to seal down the side of the pocket and add a little decoration, if you want it plain – just use double sided tape
I used the Celebr8 coffee spills stencil and Tim Holtz distress ink - vintage photo and added coffee spills to my front cover
The book is now just about finished. But I needed to do more…
I googled “steampunk halloween bookmarks free printables” and printed off all the ones I liked in various sizes
I used my Tim Holtz mini attacher to attach the ribbons to the bookmarks – those tiny staples are just the greatest fun to use!
Add the extra’s to your notebook and enjoy!
